Secure folder

I cant find my secure folder

As i can see in apps info it is disabled and there is no option to enable it

Kindly help me out on this one asap

now when i try to move my pics to secure folder it says no app is there to perform this action

Just now I searched and saw my posts regarding this. Maybe a update issue try to contact service centre.

For time being
Use mobile in safe mode and check if you can enable it from there.

yeah i think but funny thing is
i updated my mobile on 7th of july and used secure folder on and around 10th of july 🙄😏

Go to settings>biometrics and security>tap on secure folder>and log in to your samsung account once again and check..if its done or not

So may be Samsung folder got updated in background which caused issue.
As I said check if you can enable it in safe mode.

how do i use it in safe mode
do i need to switch off ?

You click on power off to switch off right. Now touch and hold power off button you will see safe mode. Click it and it will restart in safe mode.
