Secure folder not opening

I am using galaxy note 8 and it is not rooted but my secure folder is not opening when i tap on the icon it stucks for 2 seconds and then nothing no error message nothing

I am using galaxy j7 nxt and am also suffering this problem.My secure folder is  not opening when  i tap on the icon its stuck for 2 seconds  and nothing  and also i  can't open secure folder details  and in settings of my phone  the secure folder option also not working as same problem of secure folder
