Secure folder is locked why?

If show that because of unauthorised software secure is locked.

I tried all thingh safe mode, clearing cache from recovery and i found no unauthorised software that i installed.

I need access the files inside it. Only option it showing is uninstall or contact admin Help or any suggestions what should i do?

Your replies suggest that Knox has been tripped. Did you root or did you unlock bootloader? There is no way to resolve this other than changing the motherboard.

Did you root your Galaxy Device?
Samsung Knox has been created for the very purpose of blocking the backdoor activity that is possible on Android devices. Since rooting your Galaxy gives you access to a backdoor with superuser permissions, it will naturally be countered by Samsung Knox, and in turn by other services that work with it, such as Secure Folder. It trips Knox protection. Check Knox status by downloading the below app from play store:-

It must show status as 0x0.

Step 2:- Check for updates for your device and if any update is available just update it and observe.

If nothing works, The final solution
Will be to Disable and re-enable Secure folder or factory reset.
