If I take screenshot in my secure folder all the apps start crashing in it.I own a Samsung note9 and within 2 years Samsung sent and update and caused the screen to turn yellow.
Don't buy Samsung they are cheating customers forcing customers to buy new phones by sending updates to old phones fo stop working.
Their customer service is also garbage. Their phones start laggy and they don't care.
Will tell anyone who asks me about Samsung phones that they shouldn't buy them not worth it.
I'm really sorry brother, its very disappointing 😞 you have to go service center... This problem I also faced in my M21 display blacked, and changed that in service center with 4k cost.

Hmm, something doesn't look quite right. Maybe the color balance is off. We can help you adjust the color settings.
From Settings, tap Display, and then tap Screen mode. Tap Vivid or Natural.
Next, adjust the slider to make the display look cooler or warmer. Tap Advanced settings to manually adjust the screen's color. Please be aware you can only adjust the White balance and Advanced settings while in Vivid mode.
