Secure Folder not working

Yes, I purchased my phone on EMIs

That's the reason you are not able to access secure folder samsung disables secure folder on that devices which is purchased on emi once your emi closed you can access secure folder

I paid all the EMIs

Then go to settings and search Device Admin Apps and disable if there is any app like samsung finance or anything else related to emi and uninstall that app and after that restart your device

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for resolves this issue.
