Secure Folder Password reset not working

I forgot my secure folder password and now when I try to reset it just shows a loading screen and does not help me to rest the password through samsung account

Even I faced the same issue... I got a solution...!just try it out...!Go to storage then click apps. Next you will get the list of apps...!select secure folder then in secure folder just click storage.. first clear your cache and try to login...if it doesn't works clear data and open secure folder and login...now you can enter your samsung account and enter...you will find all the photos....it really worked for me and I have be trying to find solution for 2 months.

Yes from side...my photos are there already..photos didn't get deleted
