Secure Folder Not Active

I purchased Samsung Galaxy A51, and when i tap secure folder its not enabled

when you will pay all the due then just deactivate the SF+ device admin and uninstall the SF+

uninstall samsung finance apps go to Samsung finance app info and uninstall its working
