Secure FolderYesterday I factory reset my Samsung A55 phone because of heating issue.
Prior to reset I did backed up all data including "secure folder", after factory reset through Smart switch I restored all the data including Files, images, videos, documents & apps including secure folder data.
But after restoring I couldn't see secure folder data rest all got restored.
I could see the same Secure folder in back up & restore option
Can anyone help me in this issue, the missing data is very important for me.
I again tried restoring secure folder several times since it will there till another 4 weeks in cloud but couldn't see it anywhere after restoring

Secure FolderPossible Reasons for Missing Secure Folder Data
1. *Encryption and authentication*: Secure Folder data is encrypted and protected by Samsung's Knox security platform. During the restore process, the encryption keys and authentication tokens might not have been properly transferred or re-established.
2. *Cloud storage limitations*: Although you mentioned the backup is available in the cloud for 4 weeks, there might be limitations or restrictions on accessing or restoring Secure Folder data from the cloud.
3. *Smart Switch restore limitations*: Smart Switch might have limitations when restoring Secure Folder data, especially if the data is encrypted or protected by Knox.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Try restoring Secure Folder data using Samsung's Backup and Restore*: Instead of using Smart Switch, try restoring the Secure Folder data using Samsung's built-in Backup and Restore feature.
2. *Check the Secure Folder app*: Ensure the Secure Folder app is installed and updated on your device. Sometimes, a simple app update can resolve issues.
3. *Verify encryption and authentication*: Check if the encryption and authentication settings for Secure Folder are properly configured on your device.
4. *Contact Samsung support*: Reach out to Samsung's customer support and provide them with the following details:
- Your device model (A55)
- The backup method used (Smart Switch)
- The issue with restoring Secure Folder data
- Any error messages or codes you've encountered
