No the system apps such as gmail,Chrome, maps can't be Uninstalled but only can be disabled and I am also Frustrated With This and the only option is to disable them
Dex Is just like screen mirroring but in different way we can take hdmi output from the device to a big screen and can use our smart phone as a pc
Note :- only the interface will be like pc we can't use windows

Battery Draining :-
• open Settings • search for device Care •open Battery • performance mode •change to lite mode
Note :-
In lite mode the device will lag when you use demanding tasks like video editing/ gaming
• scroll the notification bar •long press on Battery Saver • and turn on additional settings such as decrease cpu performance to 70%, Turn Off AOD, Turn Off 5g, decrease display brightness to -10%

• again Go to Device Care and tap optimize
But by the above mentioned you will not get more difference The difference would be around 20%
There is nothing like that performance mode /lite mode And the 2nd option you advised is for saving battery for emergency, when charging stations are low I am saying many of the reviewers got 10hr of non stop use. But mine is draining like it is a **bleep** phone
