I tried to download the secure folder app from the play Store but it isn't getting downloaded. Someone please help me..

Hi there! Galaxy M02 does not support secure folder, unfortunately. You cannot get it in your device.

If it wouldn't sorry then how can it be shown on the Google Play Store for download

That is a really old version of Secure Folder (Android 7 old). It will not install even if you click install, which means that it is not supported.
