There are 3 places to search for your added (video) files inside secure folder: Get inside your secure folder and Search in Gallery Search in my files Search in default video folder.
Note: Drop down notification panel and enable secure folder by clicking on it..I.e show secure folder..
Open Settings >> Biometric and security >> Secure folder >> Give password and enable the 'Show secure folder on your app screen' option. Then you can see all the files you've moved to secure folder directly from the app drawer and once you're done you can again turn the option off and hide the folder.
