Those phone which are rooted then the the knox are deactivated on those devices since samsung pass stored your sensitive data and knox was not working so samsung pass also does not works.

Take to the samsung service center, ask for a hard reset then reinstall the latest operating system. That might help....

Only solution is buy a new samsung device
There is no way to get back tripped knox
