Folder disabled

Am using M31 mobile phone with dual whatsapp. But last week it's automatically disabled/ disappear without any info., but app working fine.

Kindly provide the exact solution for retrieval immediately.

Do you mean you need to reinstall your application if you erase your mobile phone?

All my files on dual WhatsApp were not showing in file manager/gallery at all. It is happening because of Android 11 update and Samsung hasn't done anything about it yet. Got advice by this blessed person "Chaman17" on another thread here. What you've to do:
1. Back up your media on the dual WhatsApp on Google Drive.
2. Install "WhatsApp Business"
3. Register by same number.
4. Retrieve files from the same GDrive backup.
5. Disable Dual WhatsApp.

I followed these instructions and I am able to see all my files on file manager and gallery now.

Thanks for your concern, i have done the same. After two days...the same problem. I have seened the galaery not shown the files..

When you tried the same wait for a few days again it will be happened.

Just now I have seen its whatsapp business..then what is the file path for what's app business..am using normal what's app then it will be overlapped for existing file folder..?

Nope.
Are you currently using WhatsApp business?
If so, then go to file manager->Internal storage->Android->media->com.whatsapp.w4b.
And for normal wapp, the file is com.whatsapp

Am not using whatsapp business.. am using normal whatsapp and dual whatsapp..but file path is different.. that's why asked... I  that dual whatsapp only having an folder issue..

Now I can installing whatsapp business.. and file will be a above mentioned path..if anything else will let you know

Okay.
Just fyi, Samsung purposefully removed the content in the folder for dual whatsapp. You will not find it.
