Folder disabled

Am using M31 mobile phone with dual whatsapp. But last week it's automatically disabled/ disappear without any info., but app working fine.

Kindly provide the exact solution for retrieval immediately.

Dear sir , thanks for your kind info..I have tried the steps..reinstalled..and restored from the back up.. its working fine...

But today...whatsapp video folder has been disabled...same the problem has persist.
