Folder disabled

Am using M31 mobile phone with dual whatsapp. But last week it's automatically disabled/ disappear without any info., but app working fine.

Kindly provide the exact solution for retrieval immediately.

Check Internal storage> Android> media> com.WhatsApp

That folder is empty checked it

What about Internal storage> dualApp> Android > media> com.whatsApp?
Or
Internal storage> dualApp> WhatsApp?

No it's not shown checked with details of the dual app folder 0 bytes it's showing

but app is working..how it can be..? Please help us in this regard I have some official meeting is there and also documents required from

 

the folder..kindly help us..

Hmm idk. You should decilne my comment as solution (the one you accepted as solution).
Others may be able to help.

Respected sir, I have seen the folder path which you can mentioned...but path is there but folder doesn't exist..! For your kind information...kindly provide any other solution immediately and asap

Connect to pc and try if the folder is visible in pc.
You should decline the accepted solution. Your problem is not solved, yet.

I have tried that also, no.use.. 

Hallo don't tell that word again and again as Decline... am not palying with.. you...nearby 100 peoples facing the same issue...you have not taken this is for an serious issue...and also check with your customer care... if you not believe..

Finally take up with the matter with big any other Samsung IT time and provide the solution next reply...

There are people who may know more than me about this issue.
They won't bother to check this if they see it is already solved.
