You can't uninstall storage booster, but you can disable zipped apps from settings

If you have notifications from storage booster which can't be cleared, just restart your phone, the notification will not pop-up anymore

How to disable storage booster

Settings > Battery and Device care > three dots on the top right corner > Storage booster > Uncheck Auto delete unnecessary data

Uh cannot disable or uninstall storage booster, but to remove zipped app uninstall or unzip all zipped apps

You can't delete this app as it is a system app but you can hide it from home and app screen.
