Couldn't copy file to secure folder

Unable to copy file to secure folder this is the second time I facing the issue previously I had to reset the device and than issue got fixed and I think this is not fix please help me to fix this without resetting the device

1. Is any file isn't moving to secure folder from my files
If issue is only having in file manager try moving some photos by gallery app

2. What's your android version & secure folder version

Turn off the secure folder and turn it on again. Now clear the cache, restart the phone and try again

Simple. Just uninstall from settings. Then install secure folder again. Your problem will be solved.
