press and hold the power bottom and volume down botton for 10 sec let the phonr reeboot automatically may the problem be solved

it seems u rooted your device earlier but switched back to original os later....in samsung once rooted...u are done with its security features

phone status seems to be Custom in place of Official, and if that is not the case, security policy defining, .json files might have been erroneously modified

try factory reset

Factory Reset won't help. Reflash the whole new OS using Odin. ( for more information, search it on google or YouTube). If not comfortable with that, visit service center, they will do the same thing but charge you for that.
