Open Samsung pay > tap on Samsung rewards > see below there is a option to see transaction history.

@Darshan, we can only see the point obtained for each transaction. N not the actual statement. Where can we see that?

Why after transaction successfull, its not showing history? Why there is no option for "History reviews" in samsung pay

@pohorsa and @Darshan.. yes we can view the history. I found it. Pls follow the below path: Open Samsung Pay > Go to UPI accounts > Click on the account that you have linked > Account details will open and below you will be able to see all the transaction history..
