Samsung team,

It has been 6 days since I faced the upi lite error. I had a fairly large sum deposited in my upi lite account. After the payment failure occured the account balance showed null. Since then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the upi lite app and tried logging in multiple times but encountered error connecting to bank while activating.

I had contacted the spay customer care number two times at 48 hours interval as per their instruction but to no result. They told me to wait and I haven't been given a definite date or time as to when I will be able to access the balance. 

I would like to have my balance back. Please look into the situation as early as possible.

I am also facing similar issue, the upi lite wallet showing 0 balance after an error during payment.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. I am also facing the same issue there was some thousands in my UPI lite now amount showing null & can not re activation of UPI lite..
