Samsung WalletTry to clear your (Samsung Wallet / Pay (Watch)) app data and restart your phone. Hope It will help, if it's not working then wait for the next system update (if you have any pending system update then install it) or Google play system update.
To check google play system update (One UI 6.0)
Go to settings => Security and privacy => Updates => Google play system update => Check for update (if update available then install and restart your device)
To check google play system update (Other One UI Version)
Go to settings => Biometrics and security => Google play system update => Check for update (if update available then install and restart your device)
