Stop using samsung wallet

I got wallet promotion offer 10% off on samsung products and it's demands email id.

My e-shop account is in phone number. So I cannot use this in my existing account where i can use my points to redeem. 

wallet supervision Lawrence says it's not customer fault, its not samsung fault you can use it samsung cannot do anything. 

If there is nothing wrong from customer side why customer should suffer. I had to use pm tap and pay or UPI id in wallet for this.

This is the biggest scam samsung is doing for luring customer into wallet.

Help help me to address this issue

 This can happen to you anytime. Help me escalate this. Pls.show me the way
