Secure folder and samsung pay mini

Why there is no secure folder and samsung pay mini features available in my Samsung Galaxy M51 smartphone??

Samsung pay mini is now available

This is the error shown when I click on the notice of samsung pay mini availablity in Samsung Member app

U won't get secure folder and samsung pay mini
Or did u buy m51 on emi or samsung finance etc...
After completing ur emi u will get it

I am from Nepal and I haven't bought in EMI...why is it so that secure folder and samsung pay mini feature not available outside of India???

I bought A series phone in EMI , there is no sign of U r not getting this feature after completing ur EMI , then why for M series
