Recharge failed but money has been debited

Today i recharging my friends prepaid mobile but the recharge failed but money from my account has been debited.

What should I do?

if one thing dsnt happen with someone, tht dsnt mean the thing dsnt exist.
have u faced motherboard issue in any of ur device ??( i know u not).
have u seen green line issue in this app (hope u saw).
but if this problems didnt happen with u tht dsnt mean there is nothing like this.

there r many posts now .. tht payments rejected but money deducted. im not saying this by myself, but as i saw.

at the first i thought this problem is with only 'Me'.
when i came on this app.. i found this problem is actually a pandemic in samsung mobiles. 😆
