Not showing digilocker and upi option

When i download samsung wallet,for me there is no digilocker nor upi option.why it isnt available for me,kindly support me with this

Is your device an Indian unit? Or did you purchase it from a different country?

Nop its not indian...made in Vietnam it shows on back side,..is that why...?

I think your device is not an Indian unit.. if you purchase a device from outside india then you will not get upi, digilocker functionality in samsung wallet..

Solution is you've to change CSC to INS.. my device is UAE variant and I changed CSC to get those features...
