Not able to add ICICI Amazon Pay credit card in Samsung wallet

Hi, 

I'm unable to add this credit card in Samsung wallet. 

Getting the error message as shown in the snap above. 

Previously, I was able to add this card. Then, the card got expired and the bank sent a new card with updated expiry date, so I deleted the old card and tried adding the new card, and haven't been successful since. 

Able to add all other cards, just this isn't adding. 

I've tried checking the card tokens section in the net banking, and it looks fine and enabled. 

Contacted the customer care too, they couldn't help much, told that there's no problem with the card and mostly an issue with the app itself. I too think the same as I'm able to add other bank cards and even other ICICI cards as well. Just this isn't adding. 

Any suggestions?

UNINSTALL THE APP AND REINSTALL ALL CARDS AGAIN

I HAD MY FIRST EXPER..... OF SAMSUNG PAY( IT WAS CALLED EARLIER) ON A9 PRO......

IF THAT DOESNT WORK SEND A MAIL ADDRESSING UR CONCERN TO THE BANK .......

Sorry. I think you didn't get my question. I'm talking about adding Amazon Pay ICICI credit card in Samsung wallet for NFC payments.

@mallikarjun ......never ever contact SAMSUNG PAY HELPLINE.....ITS USELESS

1) EITHER U DELETE ALL CARDS AND REINSTALL SAMSUNG PAY

OR
2) SEND A MAIL TO THE BANK WITH THE SCREENSHOT OF THE ERROR UR FACING........

FOR ME THE SECOND OPTION WORKED
