Minimum characters for account number

In samsung pay mini when i try to pay bill, it asks ne to enter piped gas account number and my account number is only 8 characters long but samsung mini says it should be minimum 10 characters long. That's stupid. I can not add electricity or piped gas account on samsung pay mini so using amazon pay for bill payments. Hope samsung fixes it.

I can register now with 8 characters.

I can also register cugl account but NOT my electricity bill account. It still requires 10 digit number. My electricity company is Kanpur Electricity Supply Company (KESCO).
Hope it gets fixed as well.

KESCO is fixed now
