How to change default country in samsung wallet

Hi all, 

I recently got a s24 ultra as a gift from fried in vietnam. The phone is excellent and works perfectly fine. 

The sole issue I have is that the samsung wallet which is pre-installed has its default country set to Vietnam. All the promotions, services and even reward points I earn while paying are related or linked to vietnam. I'm located in India. I have changed the default loaction and region already. This is only an issue with samsung wallet and no other apps seems to have this issue.

I have even tried re installing the app both via samsung store and play store but the issue still persists.

Please help how csn I change the default loaction for wallet app.

The application is related to the version of the service provider CSC

The phone software information CSC must be changed
