Facing problem adding money to the Paytm wallet in Samsung Pay

I have been facing problem while adding money to my Paytm wallet using Samsung Pay. It gives me an error saying "Couldn't complete transfer".  I must mention here that all my bank accounts and Paytm wallet are functional and successfully registered with Samsung Pay. On attempting, it just gives me the aforementioned error and does not deduct money from the bank account. It looks like the error has something to do with the API or compatibility which gives the error at the outset.

I have raised this issue with the customer care team but have not received any resolution. I am attaching a screenshot of the above error for ready reference. Please help me.
