Bug or scam?

i have samsung a34. yesterday night i have an offer to get Rs250 amazon gift card on 3 tap & pay transaction. today i done 2 trns via tap & pay already but not counting. still saying 3 more to win. is this a bug or **bleep** scam offer by samsung???

Worst choice to use samsung... too many bugs in andriod security. Moreover, they could not protect their own memebers forum, which got hacked in the past, and now they brought down the entire region. I had to create a new account....
