Can anyone help me regarding this issue.

Recently i deleted samsung wallet. Then i 
re-install this application. But it shows me an error every time.

A generic troubleshooting step is > Try clearing the cache and data of the app which can be completed by navigating to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data as a last resort.

Then probably you have two options - Either talk with SAMSUNG SUPPORT or you can try factory reset as last options.
