- Ensure NFC is Enabled
Go to Settings > Connections > NFC and Payment and make sure that NFC is turned on. The "Add NFC" option requires NFC to be enabled on your device. - Update Samsung Wallet
Check if there is an update available for Samsung Wallet in the Galaxy Store. Ensure you have the latest version of the app, as updates may resolve issues related to missing features. - Check Device Compatibility
Not all devices support Digital Keys and NFC functionality. Ensure that your device is compatible with these features. Refer to the Samsung Wallet compatibility list for more information. - Restart Device
After performing the above steps, restart your device to ensure all settings are applied correctly. - Reinstall Samsung Wallet
If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Samsung Wallet app from the Galaxy Store to ensure that all features are functioning correctly.

Samsung PayThank you for reaching out. Please note that in Samsung Wallet, the Digital Key feature depends on device compatibility and supported partners, and not all devices show the “Add NFC” option under Digital Keys.
If the option is not appearing, please try the following:
- Ensure NFC Is Enabled
Go to Settings > Connections > NFC and Payment, and make sure NFC is switched on. - Update Samsung Wallet
Open the Galaxy Store and check for any available updates for Samsung Wallet. - Check Device Compatibility
Not all Samsung models support Digital Keys. The option will only appear on devices that meet the hardware and software requirements. - Restart Your Device
After enabling NFC or updating the app, restart the device to refresh the Wallet features. - Reinstall Samsung Wallet
If the option still does not appear, uninstall and reinstall the Samsung Wallet app from the Galaxy Store.
Since you are using the app in the Gulf region, this is not related to regional restrictions. The missing option typically depends on device support for Digital Key features.
