I reached out to Samsung support regarding the "Couldn't connect to card issuer. Try again" error when adding Visa or Amex cards to Samsung Wallet on the S25 Ultra (Oman/UAE version).

Samsung support has confirmed that they are aware of the issue, and a software update will be released soon to resolve it. If you're experiencing the same problem, it looks like a fix is on the way!

Let's hope the update rolls out quickly. Has anyone else received the same update from support?

Just updated to the latest Wallet Version 5.8.61 and everything is working fine now!

Whenever I try to set up Samsung Pay, I get an error message saying, "Can not open Samsung Wallet There's an issue with Google Play services. Here are some things you can try:" I've tried all the steps over half a dozen times; I found additional steps after surfing the web, and I tried a few of my own. I tried clearing my browser cache, reinstalling the app and rebooting my phone, as examples. Nothing works. The case has been elevated to the developers. I hope they can help before I return my S10+ for credit toward the Ultra. Last, I only see Samsung Wallet version 2.5.71 on my phone. The update says January 23, 2025.
