Hello. I'll suggest you try uninstalling Samsung Wallet, from the Apps section of your phone's settings. So, once you're back to default, you can then trigger an update/install from Samsung Store or use the following link to update Samsung Wallet:

Thanks for helping. I tried this many times but no use still same issue. App is installed but for setting up it gives this error. And I tried doing restart install uninstall.
