How to delete non office version of samsung wallet. With out reset

I haven't download from other sources but samsung says u have to do factory reset. I can't because of my data.

Pls guide anyone. I'm stuck samsung said to reset phone but I can't due to my data.

Thanks for helping. I tried this many times but no use still same issue. App is installed but for setting up it gives this error. And I tried doing restart install uninstall.
