Worst delivery experience and ongoing

I have ordered 9kg top load washing machine from Samsung shop app on 16th October. Delivery date mentioned by samsung was 26th. Usually they deliver it way earlier than what they promises. This happened with me earlier so I was expecting it to deliver before 26th. When I checked delivery status on 20th , it showed me product reached my nearest hub ( which is less than 5km from my place). I expected machine will be delivered next day, so I waited. But no updates. After waiting for 2 days, I called Samsung customer care and they assured me it will be delivered before 26th. I waited another 2 days and again contacted customer care, again same thing happened they told me not to worry about it will be delivered as promised. After not receiving realistic response from samsung, I directly called delivery partner Bluedart for status update. They said delivery date for them was 20th Oct and not 26th. They apologised and assured me delivery will be done on priority basis.
Today is 31st October and I am still waiting for m washing machine. Bluedart is giving excuses Samsung is clueless about product status and I am still waiting for 11 days. 
This whole experience is very frustrating and Samsung is not at all helping. They are just keep promising delivery will be done in 24 or 48hrs. Meanwhile my money is stuck with Samsung since I ordered the product. I am also unsure what will be the quality of product, which is stuck at courier centre/warehouse for more than 11 days.
Till date I have ordered multiple products from Samsung shop app, as it is official app and much more reliable than other online shopping apps. But this experience made me think that it is better to buy products from offline store instead of going for online. You spend little extra amount but atleast you get peace of mind and not this frustrating experience.
Hope Samsung will take a review of their delivery partners and make it better for the end consumer.

Blue dart at one time was a very reliable delivery partner. Hearing a lot of complaints about them lately.

Also they are not giving proper response why it is delayed, just lame excuses like due to festival season. Meanwhile I am seeing amazon and other delivery agents regularly in my housing society

I can understand delay of 3 or 4 days, but 11 days and still counting is too much. Plus product is just sitting 5km from my location. Which sound really stupid.

You should complaint the samsung support services OR call samsung care number by providing the delivery details with screentshots plus reach out to the delivery station where the product is stuck.
Please accept this as a solution from 3 dot menu.
