Go to samsung developer website and their go to galaxy themes menu they can receive your portfolio 4 times a year in a fix month and you have to prepare a theme first not wallpaper

So they can check your skills dont use copyrighted materials and stock images

Then they will provide you the developer kit and you need a pc 😊
