Times prime membership

Hi guys , did anyone got the times prime membership voucher code from samsung. Actually there was a offer of getting times prime membership free with the new S21 series purchased under Student advantage program.  According to that i would've got the voucher code within 10 days of phone delivery.  But still i got nothing from them. I have contacted to samsung customer support but from there also i am getting no response. 

Guide me guys if anyone faced same issue or have any suggestions...

Keep following up with Samsung Shop support.
Also keep checking your email id and mobile number which you must have given in order details.

Same question bro 😶😶 my phone was delivered on 28th march and the voucher is supposed to come within 15 days on your email but till now no update about it 😕

Yeah bro, and customer care is also not giving any solution. Just telling to wait.
If you want us to wait ,so atleast tell the date or specify the time .....

It's been more than 20 days since my phone got delivered but I've not received the voucher yet, sent emails to shop support but no reply.
