I bought a galaxy book 2 360 just a month ago and i got a hairline crack on the display starting from the top right hand side of the webcam till the bottom.I didn't even notice it while working,my friend sitting beside me saw it.I don't even know how it cracked.I always keep it safely,as with my other gadgets.No external pressure or bumping into something,it still cracked and i dont know how!..
Now samsung is gonna charge me the full money for the screen replacement.Yes,i know it comes under physical damage and wont be covered under warranty but still.It should not happen.I went through some community posts from US,and many are complaining about the same for book 2 pro 360 i.e cracked display without any reason.
Kindly look into this.Instead of charging a ton of money fix the fragile displays on your future models or atleast provide a replacement if you are charging that money.Its a laptop,not a phone that will fall from our hands and crack
