Samsung Online StoreI received Galaxy S20 FE on 21/09/2022 and the product display wasn't working just after 3 days. I took the device to the Samsung service centre and they have provided a DOA certificate. Device return request is also raised. But when the delivery guy came for pick up, he said he needs to check the device before picking it, but I was mentioned from service centre that sealed pack shouldn't be tampered. The delivery executive would need an email from samsung informing that the sealed pack should not be open and pick it up as it is. I have been contacting customer support, they are raising tickets post which no actions are being taken. Yesterday(02/10/22) I connected with helpdesk again and they mentioned that delivery executive can open the pack, that is SOP. Correct information was provided very late and my return pick up got cancelled from the delivery partner (Delhivery). Now I need to raise a new return request, reached out to helpdesk again but they are just creating tickets for their backend team which isn't helping me anyway, neither I am getting any response from the backend team even after sending out multiple emails. Please help me on getting the product exchanged/refunded.

Samsung Online StoreFacing the same issue post purchasing from Amazon. DoA issued, however Amazon are asking for service denial letter which Samsung is not providing. Don't know what am I suppose to do for replacement. Further, the same fault is found in many other recent purchases(please check Amazon reviews), however Samsung is not acknowledging the same.
Please suggest how to get the product replaced or refunded.
