Samsung Online StoreJust do hard reset once sometimes sone third-party apps create some glitch that's why some settings don't work properly.
but one things create backup before reset.
i also have s10 lite and i didn't encounter any problem yet so if u want to know more about any Samsung Devices you can follow me..😊
