Hello everyone, just checking, if how many of you have bad experiences while shopping from samsung shop app like late products delivery, unpleasant customer support attitudes, not available over calls, and from which cities etc...???
i think we are paying the price of "free shipping" via "late delivery" 😅 It would b nice if samsung shop too acquires similar process as those of amazon etc where city based individual licenced stores can take & deliver products with either paid or free shipping...🤔
