After some years of experience with Samsung,realme,xiaomi etc I am listing here a few reasons to choose Samsung or not to choose Samsung
Why go for Samsung?
After my experience with Samsung S22+,A52s, S9, tab s5e and tab s7. I have following reasons to buy Samsung
1. Software update.
A52s, A52, previously A50 are mid range Device though they are getting monthly software update. Which is a big thing many other companies like xiaomi realme etc gives bimonthly updates to flagship and quarterly to mid range. And one plus gives a month older security updates many times.
And the new software update policy of 4os update is fantastic
2.UI
One ui is currently more feature riched and optimized ui in Android world. S series and A series phones have lots and lots of features
3.IP rating and OIS
A and S series have feature of Iap ratings and OIS which many smartphones don't have in this price range.
4. Knox security
A and A series have a tough layer of security called knox security and it is very difficult for a hacker to access to your details and also samsung smartphones have secure folder feature too for private data.
5. Display
A5x and A7x and S series have a nice ambled screen which are more superior than any other smartphone brand displays. Samsung is known for its display.
WHY NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG
1. GAMERS
Samsung smartphones are not meant for gamers they heat more often during intense gaming. But if u are a mild gamer like who plays for less than 30 min then u can go for Samsung.
2. Smartphone downgrades after 2 years
After 2 years u face Typical Samsung downgrades like
Reduced battery performance past 50%
Lags and hangs
Heating issues
Performance issues
Frequent Frame drops during game play
It means performance is not consistent whole 4 years if u are planning to use for 4 years
3.Exynos 💀☠️
Exynos 9611 disaster everyone knows about it.....
Exynos 1280 has poor optimization
Snapdragon/ mediatek processors are more capable than exynos.
4. S20plus issues
Green/pink/white lines in S20 plus is also a scandal. Though Samsung is doing free replacement but with many conditions which many devices doesn't meet. And also repair process takes time and in this time many user having single smartphone become impair. That's why I use a s series and A series Device in combination to prevent this situation but many people like carrying single smartphone in pocket so the situation might be pathetic for many s20 plus users.
5. Poor update policy with tablets
Though Samsung charges premium for tab s series yet they are not given premium treatment at all.
My tab s7 doesn't got even a single update from Jan to June 6months....
And also they are on quarterly updates which is not justified.
And even tab A8 and A7lite doesn't got A12 update
6. Poor price to performance ratio with M series
M series doesn't give good performance in price Segment. Even M33,F23 haveTFT DISPLAYS which is NOT justified.
They must have at atleat Amoled screens. Even they downgrades successors too.

I have not mentioned about chargers because soon all OEMs will remove them.
That s20 plus display issue is currently I'm facing too in my F62 after the July update that i recieved in August. Totally Disappointed from Samsung playing this dirty game. The display has a huge Ugly Green Tint issue after the update and it's not getting fixed no matter how many tricks i use. Force restart the phone or clear cache partition or even Factory reset my phone it's not getting fixed. It's a Software issue not a hardware one coz many people too are facing this.
