Bought 2 Odyssey G3 monitors from Samsung online store. The display is very poor. Words on both dark and white background look very hazy. Chasing customer support for more than 2 months but till now no resolution. Technical engineer also says the quality is poor but the head office people are so useless and have no knowledge of the product. DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE STORE.

I have been chasing you guys for over 2 months. Complaint raised on 14th may. 3 technicians have visited till now and are saying the display is not good but your head office is not accepting it.
