Hi bro, same happened with me. I ordered s23 ultra and also added galaxy watch 4 and bud 2 but due to some error it was not added. So I called them and explained in detail and after 1 month they sent me vouchers to order those.

If you purchased the A54 via samsung shop app or website you have to choose the buds live at the same time. The product was highlighted in the same page got 999.00. You have to select the item before making the purchase.

If u purchased via store, you can contact them directly

Don't buy Galaxy Buds live ,the sound quality is thrash,if you need samsung itself go for Buds 2 Pro or Pro ,its awesome (LDAC ,Seamless codec and much more).
Or else if you want it cost effective the go for Sennheiser SX buds(6k)...

Dude, buds 2 pro don't support LDAC Codec. It only supports SBC, AAC, SSC.

No LDAC....
Sony WF-1000XM4 for the same price has all these codecs plus LDAC....

You forgot to mention the Sony model in your comment, hence the confusion to me.

Bro, LDAC is Sony's own proprietary codec like Samsung's SSC. So inorder to support ldac in buds 2 pro, they have to pay the royalties to Sony and configure the buds. It's cheaper in the long run to develop own codec like SSC than to pay royalties. Royalties are paid per device mostly but it entirely depends on the company's regulations.

Samsung is reluctant to pay royalties to other companies. For example Dolby Vision,10-15 USD per device...

Oppo buds for 11k support LDAC along with Sennheiser buds,Yamaha buds,JBL and so on.....
