I have m52 5g 

And i love to hava a samsung a52 4g version which ha fm radio which priced at 25000 in the app

.thats ok but the prblm is their nonsense thing 

I would like to exchange my phone with a52 

The but the prblm is with paynent 

They r asking full payment rather than deducted payment

Which is about 16k

If ido place an order

The step r as follows :.

1.a courier will come in that courier one will have his or her new phone.

An then u have to give ur new phone for the exchange ubut u have to pay whole amyt rthat really disgusting why cant they send personal to check the exchanged handset 

?thats my question 

2.the courier man will take ur old phone and take to the samsung personsl to check is it working condition iotr not if yes ,then they will give the value and give the exchange value for it

And credit the valued amyt into ur acc,itmay take 3-5 days 

Dont we think double standard played by samlund?

If you are not facing any problems with your m52 5g, then I think you should keep it and use it
But if you really want to sell m52, then better sell it on olx or some offline shop at a good price

But the estimated value mentioned in the app which i have put my imei no.that app estimated a value,Is tha gimmick or a trap.

No, its the maximum value, if there is no physical damage or fault in the device
You can expect the value around than only, if there is no fault in it
