What is this notification from samsung health?

Why are such notifications being sent to the users? Shouldnt there be some kind of filter?

Actually someone renamed there name and named as this.
And the person invited you in samsung health app for a challenge.
So basically its a notification from samsung health app in which a person renamed its.name as this

Oh, okay. There should be some kind of filter then about what words can be in a name or cannot be. Guess I will have to stop challenge notifications and other similar ones. Too bad.

Ya ..this same notification came to me today in afternoon..
Some People are just doing this for spams.
Samsung should block these Words.

Someone change its name and sending steps challenges in samsung health app.
Samsung should at least has some filter to block these kinds of words

bro as of now disable notifications for this specific thing and meanwhile You can send feedback to Samsung by using get help section
GetHelp>>SendFeedback>>ErrorReport/AskQuestion>choose appropriate section

once go to health app notifications and check in promotional or this kind of notifications then disable from there
