Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
1. Pair your Galaxy watch4 with your phone:
● Turn on the Galaxy watch4 .
● Open the Galaxy Wearable app: on your phone.
● Follow the on-screen instructions: to connect the devices via Bluetooth.
● Ensure you have the latest version: of the Galaxy Wearable app installed.
2. Download and Install Samsung Health Monitor:
● Open the Samsung Galaxy Store: on your phone.
● Search for "Samsung Health Monitor": and download the app.
● Install the app: on your phone.
3. Set up your profile in Samsung Health Monitor:
● Open the Samsung Health Monitor app: on your phone.
● Follow the on-screen instructions: to create a profile.
● Review and accept the terms and conditions .
● Allow the necessary permissions .
● Sign into your Samsung account: if prompted.
4. Syncing data:
● Once connected, your Galaxy Fit4 will sync your health data (heart rate, sleep, activity) to the Samsung Health Monitor app.
● You can then view your health data in the app on your phone.
