  • ​My Galaxy Watch 4 classic sleep data is not syncing with Samsung Health.

For the past few days, I'm having trouble syncing sleep data from watch to my phone. While other things are syncing properly, the sleep data seems to not show up on phone and thus not giving energy scores.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Pair your Galaxy watch4 with your phone:

● Turn on the Galaxy watch4 .
● Open the Galaxy Wearable app: on your phone.
● Follow the on-screen instructions: to connect the devices via Bluetooth.
● Ensure you have the latest version: of the Galaxy Wearable app installed.

2. Download and Install Samsung Health Monitor:

● Open the Samsung Galaxy Store: on your phone.
● Search for "Samsung Health Monitor": and download the app.
● Install the app: on your phone.

3. Set up your profile in Samsung Health Monitor:

● Open the Samsung Health Monitor app: on your phone.
● Follow the on-screen instructions: to create a profile.
● Review and accept the terms and conditions .
● Allow the necessary permissions .
● Sign into your Samsung account: if prompted.

4. Syncing data:

● Once connected, your Galaxy Fit4 will sync your health data (heart rate, sleep, activity) to the Samsung Health Monitor app.
● You can then view your health data in the app on your phone.
