Samsung health on lock screen

Can anyone tell how to I get my workout on lock screen? Everytime I do workout, i have to open the lock to pause when I am resting, then lock, then unlock when I resume. Is there any way to get the workout of samsung health on lock screen, so I can pause/resume without unlocking the device?

Yeah, kind of... from which I can pause/resume workout on lockscreen.

There is no option of samsung health widget on lock screen but u can add this app to edge panel..
