I won the Galaxy Watch Ultra voucher and have followed every single step required for redemption including sending multiple emails with all the necessary documents to membersindia@samsung.com. It's been days, and I still haven't received any reply or update.

Is this how Samsung treats its customers? If this is just a false advertisement gimmick, then please say it clearly. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I demand an immediate response and resolution. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate it publicly on social media and consumer forums.

Enough of the silence. Please act now.

Thanks but I feel they don't want to give the watch cause they aren't replying to my mails

write a mail to customer support directly, they will guide accordingly or call customer care over phone

@mani4 I have emailed and called them, over the call they don't have any idea about it and over the emails they aren't responding which is very disappointing tbh 😕
